With over a decade of experience in the construction and project management field, Adefemi Ilegbusi, fondly known as “PM” amongst his colleagues, with about a decade and a half in the construction industry, brings a wealth of expertise to his role as Principal Partner of Heritage Box.
Always at the forefront of innovation, Adefemi is currently pursuing further education in AI and machine learning through MIT Professional Education’s “No Code AI and Machine Learning: Building Data Science Solutions” programme. This bold step aims to integrate cutting-edge tech solutions into Africa’s development narrative, positioning Heritage Box as a leader in the application of AI-driven solutions in construction and project management.

He serves as Consultant Project Manager for Metrodec Design and Construction Ltd and ATM Earth Creatives Ltd, while also holding the position of Commercial Manager at ATM Harrington Ltd, to name a few. These roles have honed his strategic thinking, cross- cultural communication skills, and financial acumen.
Throughout his career, he has led numerous landmark residential and commercial projects for both private and public clients across Nigeria. His expertise spans the entire project lifecycle, from inception to completion, with a focus on delivering innovative, cost-optimised, and sustainable solutions.
